Hotels Near Cedarhurst, New York

We need a hotel near Cedarhurst, New York. Hoping to find something clean and reasonably priced.

I looked at Hotels.com and couldn%26#39;t find anything actually in Cedarhurst. My doctor and my daughter%26#39;s orthodontist are there, and I didn%26#39;t remember seeing any hotels nearby. I don%26#39;t have personal experience with hotels near JFK (which is only 4 miles from Cedarhurst), but here, on TA, they get universally bad reviews. My best suggestions would be the Hampton Inn and Suites in Rockville Centre or the Holiday Inn Express, at the border of Rockville Centre and Lynbrook. They are about 4.5 miles from Cedarhurst, and we have used the Hampton Inn, and were pleased with it (a little hard to find). We haven%26#39;t used the Holiday Inn Express, but it just underwent a complete renovation, down to the steel. Don%26#39;t stay at the Best Western in RVC.

The hotels in Rockville Centre are likely to be nicer (and the area is nicer) but closer to Cedarhurst, the Five Towns Inn doesn%26#39;t get bad reviews here. It%26#39;s a place to sleep and nothing more. This all assumes you%26#39;ll have a car which is absolutely necessary wherever you stay.

I would probably go for the new Hampton Inn in Rockville Center. It%26#39;s a 15 min. drive. Reviews are good
