Wheelchair accessible hotel room near Amtrak (Penn Station)

I%26#39;d like to hear from anyone who has experienced a wheelchair accessible room near Penn Station. The New Yorker and the Affinia Manhattan appear to be the closest hotels. It would be ideal to avoid a transfer in and out of a taxi by staying within rolling distance (with luggage) of Amtrak. Thanks!

I would imagine the Affinia Manhattan is accessible, but I know for a fact the Holiday Inn Express Madison Square Garden is, indeed, wheelchair accessible. Not quite as close as the Affinia Manhattan, but two blocks from Penn Station:

Thanks, I will look into the Holiday Inn Express too. I know all three have accessible rooms . . . but some accommodations are more successful at being accessible than others, so it helps to hear from people who have actually seen the place.
