Can anyone confirm that the diner very near the Novotel Hotel ( we think called art or arte cafe) is still there. I%26#39;m told this diner is excellent for breakfasts.
We are actually staying in the Empire Hotel (Licoln Centre)so if someone can suggest a diner near there thats good value, that would also help.
