Getting from Helicopter at JFK to Terminal 4

Hi all,

We are considering using the US Helicopter Shuttle from Midtown to JFK, and know that it arrives into Terminal 3, we need to get to Terminal 4 for an international flight...and are wondering how long it might take from the helicopter to T4. Anyone have any idea?

The AirTrain (like a monorail) provides transport between terminals. If you land via helicopter at T3 I%26#39;d guess 15 mins to T4 but allow for 30.
