SOHO Bed and breakfast

I know a few people on this forum have expressed an interest in this accomodation so I thought I%26#39;d let you know I%26#39;ve just managed to secure 4 weeks from mid September 2008 in the Coach House

Garry the owner is an absolute gem! He is incredibly helpful and friendly and replied to my e-mails straight away even though he was on holiday at the time. He has given us a very generous discount because of the length of our stay, and doesn%26#39;t want the deposit ($400) until next year. Utilities and local calls are included in the price and the coach house is cleaned once a week (also included in the price.) He has recently installed a new air-conditioner and will stock the fridge with goodies before our arrival. He has offered us free use of his bicycles anytime we like and we can use his WIFI laptop when we need to (small charge) I have corresponded with a few owners in my hunt for accomodation and although they were all polite (those who replied) , Garry honestly goes the extra mile

For anyone who may be interested this is the webb address: http://sohobandb.homestead.com/sohobandb.html

I realise that this post may sound suspiciously like an advertisement to some of you long time posters but I promise you i%26#39;ts not!

I%26#39;m pleased as punch and can%26#39;t wait for next year now.

Sorry, I meant the carraige house...not the coach house

SOHO Bed and breakfast

I am looking forward to hearing how it is. I cant find any reviews about this B%26amp;B. We are planning a trip next year for my 40th birthday and this sounds great but i dont want to take any risks.

I hope it works out for you but I would also book somewhere you can cancel as a back up.
