Statue of Liberty tickets

Hi,

We booked and paid for tickets for the statue of liberty and ellis island on line last night (about 10 hours ago) it said we would be sent tickets by e-mail but as yet we have not received anything although the payment has been taken from my bank account, has anyone else had this problem or am I worrying to soon, does it normally take a while. I would appreciate any advice or comments. Thanks in advance.

When I bought my tickets last year, they sent me the email but took out the money twice from my bank account. They fixed it and said that it happened to a lot of people that day, so I would call them and let them know about your problem. I don%26#39;t remember waiting that long for the tickets to arrive, but maybe its a weekend issue (like maybe it will take until Monday to get the tickets?)

I decided to go ahead and buy my Statue tickets for December (your post got me motivated) and just to let you know, statuecruises.com sent my tickets within an hour of purchasing them, so I think you should definitely call them. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply just thought I would let you know I have just received e-mail with tickets from statue cruises so there must have just been a delay but glad to say its turned out ok, so thanks again hope you have a great time on your December trip
